These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZOKAR mobile application and services (“App,” “Service”), operated by ZOKAR (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Services

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Service Availability & Booking

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for services are listed within the App and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments can be made through digital payment methods available in the App.
In case of failed transactions, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Users can cancel a booking before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for cancellations made after service commencement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse or disrupt our services, systems, or networks.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Users should report any service-related concerns immediately after service completion.
ZOKAR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services. ZOKAR is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties.
Users should review the terms and policies of any third-party services they engage with through the App.

ZOKAR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
